We are not a conventional management consultancy that solely makes recommendations.
In addition to our consulting services (PM Consulting), you also have the option of outsourcing the entire project management/project leadership to us or integrating us into your team to provide project management support (PM Service). We can also provide you with temporary additional resources for your project (PM Recruiting). This means we can fill gaps in your team and help you overcome bottlenecks without it being necessary for you to enter into long-term commitments. We are also pleased to make our many years of project management expertise available to you in the form of training courses, templates, podcast episodes, and the like (PM Academy).
